Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping operations.
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock control, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to improve performance and morale.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure the proper use of forklifts and other machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software such as SAP.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid forklift license and physical fitness to perform manual tasks.
