Madamba Builders is currently seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our storage and distribution operations. As a vital link in our supply chain, you will be responsible for managing the storage, handling, and inventory of critical construction materials, tools, and equipment.
In this role, you will lead a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in strict adherence to safety protocols. You will oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, from receiving shipments and organizing stock to managing outbound deliveries. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can maintain accurate records, reduce waste, and optimize warehouse workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and dispatching of construction materials.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and safety standards.
- Manage inventory control systems, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and damage to goods.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software (WMS) and inventory tracking systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking stock levels and handling documentation.
- Knowledge of basic construction materials and handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).
