We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily logistics operations in Malvar, Batangas. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of warehouse activities, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping functions.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high productivity, safety, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accurate stock reconciliation and minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company security policies at all times.
- Coordinate with the logistics and transport teams to schedule pickups and resolve any delivery bottlenecks.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase throughput.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the warehouse facility and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
