We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations in Balong Bato, Metro Manila. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing load plans and delivery schedules.
- Enforce strict compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize space utilization.
- Generate and analyze operational KPIs and reports to track performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring operational readiness.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2–3 years of proven supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and supply chain best practices.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- College graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Balong Bato, Metro Manila, and to render extended hours when necessary to meet operational demands.
