Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch operations.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and systematic stock control audits.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with health, safety, and security standards within the warehouse facility.
- Monitor and optimize material flow to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
- Manage warehouse documentation and reporting, ensuring all digital and physical records are up-to-date.
- Implement process improvements to reduce operational costs and enhance turnaround times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and resolve personnel issues effectively.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and warehouse best practices (5S, FIFO, LIFO).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced industrial setting.
