Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Manage and mentor warehouse staff through scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OHS regulations
- Coordinate inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to resolve operational issues
- Generate operational reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with Malaysian logistics regulations and safety standards
