As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of warehouse management. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all inbound and outbound logistics are executed seamlessly, inventory levels are meticulously managed, and the warehouse team operates cohesively and safely. You will act as a key liaison between management and ground staff, driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Enforce strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Liaise with internal logistics and external transport partners to optimize delivery schedules.
- Conduct training and performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Valid Forklift license is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
