Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and meticulous database management.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to guarantee timely delivery schedules.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high safety and productivity standards.
- Implement and maintain 5S and warehouse organization protocols to optimize storage space.
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages to prevent operational disruptions.
- Prepare and analyze daily or weekly performance reports for management review.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and company policies within the warehouse premises.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Deep understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle shifting priorities in a high-volume setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
