Lopie Paper (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is a reputable manufacturer in the paper industry, with a strong presence in Sungai Petani, Kedah. We are committed to operational excellence and are seeking a talented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and optimize our supply chain processes.
In this role, you will take full ownership of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and inventory control. You will supervise a team of warehouse associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Your responsibilities will include developing work schedules, training staff, implementing safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. By leveraging your analytical skills, you will identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and ensure that our warehouse operates at peak efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse team to meet performance and safety goals.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze workflow and productivity, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage equipment maintenance and workspace organization.
- Prepare reports on warehouse operations and metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
