- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff through effective scheduling and training
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth material flow
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage solutions for maximum efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in warehouse management/supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS software
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology
- Certification in OSHA or industrial safety standards preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
