- Supervise daily receiving operations of local parts for production.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to align inventory needs.
- Implement safety and quality standards in all warehouse activities.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Train and develop warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
- Prepare reports on receiving metrics and operational efficiency.
- Optimize storage layout and material handling processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing logistics is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Santo Tomas City, Batangas.
