Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring workflows are efficient, accurate, and meet all KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate comprehensive stocktakes.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity, safety, and morale.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Enforce strict safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies within the warehouse facility.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, damages, and loss using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve logistical issues and continuously improve supply chain processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control procedures.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computerized accounting software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Valid Forklift License (MFV) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical workload.
- Relevant certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
