Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems to prevent stock discrepancies
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety compliance
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies at all times
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5+ staff
- Excellent analytical abilities for inventory optimization and process improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory tracking tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
