Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily cross-dock operations and transport coordination activities
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and security measures
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training and performance management
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of special solutions
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain service quality standards
- Prepare regular performance reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse operations experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of cross-dock and transport management systems
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced logistics environments
- Valid PRC license (if applicable) and forklift operation certification preferred
