DP World is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our pioneering team in Senai, Johor. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring optimal workflow and efficiency.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and manage stock discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols within the warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to schedule and manage inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, including productivity and performance metrics.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Forklift license (mandatory).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Malaysian logistics regulations is an advantage.
