Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily outbound warehouse operations, including picking, packing, sorting, and shipment preparation.
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse staff, conducting training sessions and providing constructive performance feedback.
- Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and dispatched on time to meet critical delivery schedules.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by strictly enforcing safety protocols and addressing hazards immediately.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with the logistics team to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Conduct daily shift briefings to align the team on operational targets and specific job requirements.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage physical demands.
- Forklift certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Valid Singapore work pass (Employment Pass, S Pass, or Work Permit) is required.
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and maintaining safety standards.
