Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and robust auditing processes.
- Manage, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure peak performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve picking and packing efficiency.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to manage supply chain timelines effectively.
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly operational reports for management review.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper usage of warehouse equipment and machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Inventory Management Systems (WMS/ERP) and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of warehouse safety standards, best practices, and inventory control protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in Valenzuela City and handle shifting schedules as required.
