- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of local parts
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock counts
- Coordinate with production departments to maintain optimal material flow
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Train and manage warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage systems
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
