Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, and shipping.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the production department and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy by implementing regular cycle counts and conducting thorough audits.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets and safety standards are met.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage strategies to maximize space utilization and improve picking efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order lead time, accuracy rates, and warehouse costs.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained properly and that the facility adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Resolve any shipment discrepancies or inventory issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Lead, or in a senior logistics role within a manufacturing or retail environment.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diverse operational team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work physically on the warehouse floor and handle the demands of a logistics environment.
- Candidates must be willing to work in San Rafael, Bulacan.
