Greenery Mart Corp. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team in Ibajay, Aklan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse management operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety standards are met at all times. We are looking for a leader who can manage inventory flow, coordinate with logistics teams, and foster a positive work environment for our staff.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with transport and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to inventory, staff attendance, and operational metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within warehousing or logistics.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and supply chain processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and operating warehouse equipment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of DOLE safety regulations and warehouse best practices is highly preferred.
