Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies and loss.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Manage equipment maintenance and report any facility issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- Familiarity with WMS and inventory control software.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, warehouse environment.
- Valid Forklift Certificate is an advantage.
