Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and productivity goals
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory turnover
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare and analyze warehouse performance reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse supervision or management
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Certified in OSHA safety standards or equivalent
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS platforms
