We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our operations at Syarikat Sin Kwang Plastic Industries. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods, maintaining high safety standards, and managing a team of warehouse staff in our Senai facility.
As a key member of our logistics team, you will oversee inventory management, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, and implement best practices to optimize warehouse operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Proficiency in computer applications and warehouse management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
