- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement cycle count procedures
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and operational workflows for maximum efficiency
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in inventory optimization and loss prevention
