YSLU Group is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our operations at High Frequency Apparel (HFA). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily logistics and storage activities, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a leader who can manage a diverse team, optimize warehouse processes, and maintain a safe, organized environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and perform regular stock audits.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with production teams to manage stock levels and material flow.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and manage maintenance schedules for forklifts and handling equipment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct, coach, and mentor a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle the physical demands of the job.
