As a pivotal part of our supply chain, you will ensure that our inventory is managed efficiently, our staff is well-trained, and our logistics operations run smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of merchandise to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive work culture.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and cycle counts, minimizing discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free working environment for all employees.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to optimize shipping schedules and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain and inspect warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring they are in proper working order.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for maximum efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team and manage conflict effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
