- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff through task delegation, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement safety protocols and compliance with company policies and OHS standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
- Generate performance reports and analyze operational metrics for continuous improvement
- Maintain equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in warehouse supervision with 1+ years in leadership role
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)
- Strong knowledge of OHS regulations and warehouse safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
