Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to ensure high productivity, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security regulations (OSHA) within the warehouse facility.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation partners to schedule shipments and resolve any delivery discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, damages, and losses, and conduct regular cycle counts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and security regulations applicable to logistics operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
