Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, health protocols, and company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to manage the timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment at all times.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or stock shortages immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Fluent in Mandarin communication skills.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Physically fit to perform warehouse duties and stand for extended periods.
