Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews, training, and shift scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time and implement stock control procedures to minimize waste and shrinkage.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace for all employees.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and pickup of shipments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to stock movements and team performance.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance overall productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid valid driver's license is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.
