We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our operations at The New Albergus Inc. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of our warehouse facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. You will act as the primary point of contact for inventory management, team supervision, and operational compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for all employees.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipping and receiving of shipments.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency and cost control.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related logistics role.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
