Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing medical supplies
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training, scheduling, and performance management
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in healthcare storage environments
- Coordinate transportation logistics for timely delivery of critical healthcare products
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and facility upkeep
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in healthcare/pharma preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Certification in OSHA or healthcare safety protocols advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid forklift operation certification
