- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution activities
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety compliance, and operational excellence
- Implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies
- Coordinate logistics activities with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management capabilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software and warehouse systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and OHS standards
