Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily packaging department operations and workflow optimization
- Train, mentor, and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely material movement and distribution
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Monitor department performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with procurement for material planning and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with physical demands
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with Singaporean warehousing regulations
