As a Warehouse Supervisor at Altratec, you will be the bridge between our production goals and logistics execution. You will manage stock levels, coordinate with production teams, and ensure that all goods are stored, handled, and dispatched in compliance with industry best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods in compliance with food safety protocols.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and safety standards are consistently met.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to minimize shrinkage and prevent shortages.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with HACCP, ISO, and company quality assurance policies.
- Coordinate with production planners and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance checks and coordinate minor repairs with maintenance staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP is essential.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and handle conflict resolution.
- Valid Forklift Certification is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by production schedules.
