Are you an experienced logistics professional seeking a new challenge? Armor Metal Precision Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our critical logistics operations in Batu Pahat. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team and ensure the seamless flow of goods from receipt to final shipment.
In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end warehouse process. Your day-to-day will involve managing goods receipt, conducting rigorous inspections, ensuring safe and organized storage, and preparing shipments for dispatch. We are looking for someone who prioritizes efficiency, safety, and accuracy to maintain our high operational standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and implement strict stock control procedures.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all documentation is correct and packages are secure.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role.
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certificate is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
