Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping of materials.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve workflow and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
