Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of poultry products
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Train and motivate warehouse staff while enforcing safety protocols and compliance standards
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to optimize supply chain workflows
- Conduct regular audits to minimize losses and improve operational effectiveness
- Manage warehouse resources including equipment utilization and space allocation
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety and HACCP standards
