Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Manage stock integrity by conducting regular inventory counts and resolving discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to optimize performance and productivity.
- Oversee the organization of warehouse space to ensure efficient material flow and accessibility.
- Coordinate with transport teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of shipments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and stock level records.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG or logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Singapore work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and computer literacy.
