Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training, performance management, and safety compliance
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate stock replenishment
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to enhance operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare performance reports and analyze key warehouse metrics
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse supervision experience
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
