Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste
- Train and lead a team of warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and standards in the warehouse environment
- Coordinate with procurement and distribution teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Conduct regular warehouse audits and prepare reports on inventory status
- Ensure proper handling and storage of F&B products according to quality standards
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and address operational issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in F&B industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and practices
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
