Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and outbound distribution.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Implement and enforce strict workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage procedures to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Manage inventory documentation and ensure all digital records in our system are updated in real-time.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability for operational needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse/industrial setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address logistics bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
