Join Sankyu's dynamic team as a Warehouse Supervisor and lead critical operations in our Tuas facility. As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll spearhead cross-functional coordination, conduct regular KPI reviews to identify optimization opportunities, and implement robust housekeeping protocols. You'll serve as the safety compliance champion, ensuring all team members adhere to regulatory requirements while proactively addressing operational challenges. Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervision experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Proven track record in inventory management systems and protocols
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Certification in occupational safety management (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse operations and compliance standards
- Experience with KPI tracking and performance improvement initiatives
