Are you an experienced logistics professional looking to lead a dynamic team? We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily operations in the Changi Point area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in warehouse management, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will play a key role in optimizing workflows, mentoring staff, and ensuring that our logistics operations consistently meet client expectations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Maintain rigorous inventory control and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Enforce strict workplace health and safety protocols (WSH) to ensure a secure environment for all employees.
- Manage warehouse documentation and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for real-time tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of supply chain workflows and inventory control best practices.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a high-pressure environment.
- Possession of a valid forklift license is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be willing to work in the Changi Point area.
