Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training and performance management
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for seamless material flow
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement process improvements
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and warehouse reports
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Accountancy, Business, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience in food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics principles
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control standards
