In this onsite, day-shift role (Monday to Friday), you will support the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, managing inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, and leading a team of warehouse associates. You will play a key part in maintaining a safe, organized, and productive environment while driving continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in supervising and coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping through regular cycle counts and audits
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery schedules
- Prepare operational reports and update management on key metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Assist with shift scheduling and resource allocation to meet workload demands
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to delegate effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
