Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of automobile parts and components.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to ensure consistency.
- Supervise junior warehouse staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company safety protocols.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment and logistics tracking.
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity verification, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient picking, packing, and accessibility of high-turnover automotive parts.
- Ensure a clean and well-organized workspace in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or relevant certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations, preferably within the automotive or heavy machinery sector.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Solid understanding of inventory control best practices and logistics supply chain workflows.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse warehouse team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal coordination.
- Physical capability to handle warehouse-related tasks and equipment if required.
