Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time and coordinate regular stock counts to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and store managers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports regarding warehouse performance, damages, and operational metrics.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is an advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks and heavy lifting as required.
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Class A or B) is an added advantage.
