Join our dynamic team at JTE Recruit as a Warehouse Supervisor (Contract Logistics) in the East Region. We are a leading MNC logistics company committed to excellence in supply chain management. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods. You will manage a team of warehouse staff, optimize inventory control, and maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance standards. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $3,400 – $5,000 per month. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to minimize discrepancies
- Monitor warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and government regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis
