Join Shopee's dynamic logistics team as Warehouse Supervisor for our Lundu Delivery Hub! This pivotal role oversees daily warehouse operations and workforce management to ensure seamless delivery services across Sarawak. You'll lead Drivers, Riders, and Sorters in optimizing hub performance, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining inventory accuracy. As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our last-mile delivery operations, coordinating resources to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Your leadership will directly impact Shopee's ability to deliver parcels efficiently to customers in Lundu and surrounding areas. We seek a proactive individual who can thrive in a warehouse setting and drive continuous improvement in logistics processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and dispatching of parcels
- Manage and schedule Drivers, Riders, and Sorters to ensure optimal workflow
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with operational standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high performance and safety standards
- Prepare daily performance reports and analyze operational metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery bottlenecks
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in warehouse or logistics management role
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory control
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
